A limited amount of financial assistance funds for travel, on a reimbursable basis, may be available for conference participants. Financial assistance will be awarded based on available funds and equitable distribution. Funds will be awarded in accordance with the guidelines below.
Eligible Expenses:
- Hotel: Based on double occupancy
- Transportation to Washington, DC and return home
- Conference Registration
PLEASE NOTE: The conference does not provide a per diem nor does it reimburse for travel in Washington, DC or meals.
Conditions for Receipt of Funding:
1. You must attend the entire conference (no funding will be provided to persons not attending the entire meeting).
2. Your complete application must be received by April 20, 2012. Applications must be received by mail or delivery service only (address below). Faxes and emails are not accepted.
3. You must provide your original receipts and completed reimbursement form by April 20, 2012. Reimbursements will not be paid for requests received after April 20, 2012.
